How Our Products Are Made
We partner with a reliable print-on-demand service that fulfills orders from locations worldwide. This means each item is produced specifically for your order and shipped from the most efficient facility based on your location. This reduces the impact of fast fashion and prevents excess products from ending up in landfills.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. For any questions, reach out to us at support@inthecan.co
Receiving Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please email us at support@inthecan.co within a week of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue, your order number, and any other relevant information. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery and Shipping
Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times
Your order is fulfilled within 3-7 days, after which it’s shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Within the USA: Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days after shipping.
We are only shipping in the United States for now, with plans to expand to other countries soon.

We work with a global, print-on-demand partner that has production facilities worldwide. This means your order is produced and shipped from the location nearest to you for faster delivery.
Missing Your Order?
If you believe your order is delayed, try these steps before reaching out:
- Verify your delivery address: Double-check the address in your confirmation email.
- Ask your local post office: They may be holding your package.
- Check with neighbors: A neighbor might have accepted it on your behalf.
If everything checks out and your package is still missing, contact us at support@inthecan.co with your order number.
If you find an error in the delivery address, we’re happy to send a replacement, but additional shipping charges will apply.
