Returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll address issues related to errors on our part at our expense. For packages that are lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
If you notice an issue with any item, please report it to our customer service team to help resolve it promptly.
Return Address and Notifications
Our default return address is set to our fulfillment facility.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as face masks) are non-returnable once opened. If a face mask or similar sealed item is returned, it cannot be reshipped and will be disposed of.
Customer Returns
We recommend contacting us before sending any item back. Returns for reasons like buyer’s remorse or requesting a size exchange are accepted at our discretion and your expense. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you’ll need to place a new order.
EU Consumers’ Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right to withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods customized or personalized to your specifications.
- Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery, for health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
